The façade features vertical fins that create a bold visual rhythm while providing solar shading, essential for the region’s climate. Expansive glass curtain walls introduce transparency and daylight, reinforcing the building’s modern identity. At street level, generous arcades and tree-lined walkways encourage pedestrian activity and community engagement.
