MEP

MEP services, also known as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services, are an integral part of building design and construction. These services ensure that the building’s systems are installed and functioning properly, and that they meet the specific needs and requirements of the occupants.

Mechanical services are responsible for the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, as well as the plumbing systems, which include water supply, drainage, and sewage. Electrical services include the design and installation of lighting, power, and communication systems.

MEP services are critical to the success of any construction project, ensuring that the building is functional, safe, and energy-efficient. MEP engineers work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that the design meets the client’s needs and is in compliance with local building codes and regulations. They also provide ongoing maintenance and support services to ensure the long-term viability and sustainability of the building’s systems.
