Strategically positioned in the heart of Mogadishu, the Eel Gaab Complex is a ten-story mixed-use development designed to articulate a cohesive urban response to density, function, and form. Anchored by two subterranean parking levels, the podium hosts a two-level commercial mall defined by transparency, rhythm, and active frontage, fostering a dynamic pedestrian experience at street level. Above the retail base, eight residential floors rise in a clean vertical composition—each unit planned to maximize spatial efficiency, natural light, and panoramic views of the urban fabric. The building’s architectural language embraces contemporary aesthetics through a disciplined façade rhythm, generous balconies, and a refined material palette that bridges functionality and elegance. The Eel Gaab Complex exemplifies a holistic design approach—merging residential and commercial programs into a unified vertical community, while contributing a distinctive modern silhouette to Mogadishu’s evolving skyline.
